The Podcast Producer is responsible for the overall development, organisation, and execution of the “Erasmus Talks”podcast. This role ensures that each episode aligns with ESN KUL Brussels’ vision of amplifying student voices and strengthening the section’s digital presence.
The Producer leads the creative direction, coordinates production, and guarantees consistency and quality across episodes.
Responsibilities
- Develop episode themes and content ideas
- Identify relevant topics, guests, and storytelling angles
- Work closely with Marketing team to promote episodes
- Ensure consistency
- Ensure that the podcast aligns with ESN's key qualities
Must Have
- Leadership
- Time Management skills
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Communication skills

- Experience in producing similar contents
- Interest in media and digital marketing
