As President of ESN KULBrussels, you'll be at the forefront of one of the most dynamic and diverse student-led organizations in Europe. You will lead the section, guide the board, and ensure the vision and mission of ESN are realized on both strategic and operational levels. Your role is pivotal in fostering collaboration, representing the section internally and externally, and maintaining a cohesive, high-performing team.
You’ll oversee the implementation of ESN’s strategic goals, organize and lead board meetings, represent the section at national and international platforms, and ensure smooth communication between local, national, and international levels. If you're passionate about leadership, student engagement, and internationalization, this role offers unmatched growth and impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ESN KULBrussels board and coordinate all section activities.
- Represent the section at national and international ESN meetings and events.
- Maintain partnerships with university institutions and external stakeholders.
- Supervise strategic planning and oversee implementation of annual goals.
- Organize and lead board and general meetings.
- Ensure communication and collaboration between teams and partners.
- Be a source of motivation and support for the entire section.
Must Have
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Strategic thinking and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple priorities.
- Passion for the ESN mission and international student life.

Proactiveness, reliability, and problem-solving mindset.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in ESN or student associations.
- Familiarity with ESN’s structure and policies.
- Multilingual skills (English required; Dutch and/or French are a plus).
- Experience in public relations or institutional communication.
