Your responsibilities include organizing training sessions, fostering team spirit, resolving internal issues, and promoting a supportive work environment. Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and support new volunteers and team members.
  • Organize training sessions, team-building activities, and workshops.
  • Monitor team engagement and ensure a positive work culture.
  • Act as a mediator for internal conflicts and help resolve issues
  • Maintain records of volunteers and oversee HR documentation.

Must Have

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills to manage HR processes efficiently.
  • Ability to handle conflicts diplomatically and foster a positive team culture.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to support team members.
  • Passion for international student life and ESN’s mission.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or team management.
  • Additional languages:French/Dutch
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and volunteer management.
  • Strong analytical skills
