As an HR Manager at ESN, you’ll play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and managing volunteers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all team members. Your responsibilities include organizing training sessions, fostering team spirit, resolving internal issues, and promoting a supportive work environment. Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and support new volunteers and team members.
- Organize training sessions, team-building activities, and workshops.
- Monitor team engagement and ensure a positive work culture.
- Act as a mediator for internal conflicts and help resolve issues
- Maintain records of volunteers and oversee HR documentation.
Must Have
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills to manage HR processes efficiently.
- Ability to handle conflicts diplomatically and foster a positive team culture.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to support team members.
- Passion for international student life and ESN’s mission.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or team management.
- Additional languages:French/Dutch
- Basic understanding of HR processes and volunteer management.
- Strong analytical skills
